Dr. Vichot was born and raised in Algiers and used to bring his own pets to see Dr. Gutter as a child. He attended St. Andrews the Apostle and Isidore Newman School before attending Wake Forest University in North Carolina for his undergraduate studies. He headed to Baton Rouge immediately afterward and finished veterinary school at LSU in 2007.
Dr. Vichot spent his first year out of school at a large, progressive small animal hospital outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, before returning home to practice with Dr. Gutter at Algiers Animal Clinic. He enjoys being back home and has been employed at the clinic since 2008.
Dr. Vichot has one large dogs. His outside interests include traveling and sports.
